Hmm, today's been an interesting day, I can't decide on if it's been good or bad. If nothing else, it's been content. Good day, then...good day. And so I'm done. YAY.

Bend not Break

The wind blows through the flowers,
The sun shines on my face,
The earth sits benieth me,
Corporeal this may be.

The winds tear up the flowers,
The sun burns away my face,
The earth no longer under me,
Sings my soul to me.

The oak stands strong in gust,
The sea sits cool in light,
The storm pays no heed to earth
This my gods doth be.

I bend not break into the wind,
Use my hand to shade my face,
Hold the earth beneith me,
And pray the pain to end.

The Dance

Pulse-
The body moves

Pulse-
The heart races

Pulse-
The beings colide

Pulse-
The mind soars...

Silence...

This is one that I worked on for a while...finished it in a bathroom...so sue me.

Stars and Moonlight

I hear the path to happiness
is littered with the skulls
of those you've pushed aside
in your fury to be happy

I hear the path to love
is paved with the broken hearts
of those you've torn in two
in your pursuit of love

I hear the path to glory
is shrouded in the broken dreams
of those you've swindled
in your quest for glory

I hear the path to enlightenment
is covered with mirrors
to reflect that which you have given
in your pilgrimage to the enlightened state.

And yet I hear of another path,
a mythical fantastic path
made of stars and moonlight
which harvests all four paths

And I dare to hope.

A heart aches

A passion needed
